That was a tough one. What a goal by Peter Crouch, that goal deserved to win any game. Have you ever known a game though where 4 players from 1 team never made 1 pass in the first half. Thats how defensive Stoke were. Always next season. Kevan

as an arsenal supporter,I'd like to say that manu will take it again I'm afraid. It's all about the expirience when the going gets tough,at the end of the day. No different in london,we've heard all spurs supperters all season long...........all gone quite now.

i think sir alex is putting together another young squad that will be able to challenge for many seasons to come , no other manager does this , he will need to buy experience in a few positions , but if city make wholesale changes they will need time to gel .

Dont think City need to buy this closed season they have now got all the players that we need to win the Premiership next season. United on the other hand will have to spend big time but they have not got the money now to buy the title like they have done in the past !!!!!! Arsenal will be there. Tottenham could be if they hold on to all their good players. Chelsea, dont know ? hope they are cos I have a soft spot for them. Liverpool, not a chance. Kevan

Yorg The Arse have to play City, Chelsea, Stoke, Norwich and West Brom in their run in, if you win those you might finish third. If you don't, you will get fourth. Long way to go before 'mighty spurs' are totally written off for automatic Champions League places.

Cant see City falling apart, United need to buy some quality players or we are just going to leave you way behind. Bringing back Paul Scholes was embarrasing for you. I think that you are right and that it is a very poor premiership this year as was last year. We have had the experience this year and next year cant see anybody stopping us. Kevan ctid

dont talk about embarrasment.tevez will never play for city again.this is city chance this season.fergusons building a team for the future not tommorow.city will struggle next year if they dont win it this year.mancini will buy at least 2 players if he is still there next season.if he dosnt city wont win the prem. m.u.f.c.

dont believe everything you hear,if rooney wanted the money there,s only city.rooney was after a rise and got it.city would have paid him more,so why didnt he go..some players will join for the money, the great players who are at big clubs will join who they want and wont be bought.we will see next year, who goes where. m.u.f.c.

Building a young squad for the future ? what was the average age of that team tonight !!!!! Take a good hard look at the bin dippers because that is where you will be in a couple of seasons. | 3 points is better than 3 goals ,and just think back to where you were a season or 2 ago , in fact i bet most of the players you signed were surprised when they had blue strips on , they must have thought they went straight into the utd reserves lmfao . |

nasri, wanted to go to utd.dont you read the papers, fergie told him to f...ck off then he chose to go back to city.why do you always seem to get irritated about utd.is it because there a massive club.and before you go on about your money utd were put into debt when they were bought ,still making plenty of money, city are making nothing.good job they have a sugar daddy. m.u.f.c.

birdman, not really.then we would win everything.with someone like fergie who knows what he,s doing.talking straight though you need more then money to win trophies every season.the differance between utd and city is utd have earnt there money to buy titles like all the abu say,by being succesfull.city have been given it. city may be come a big club oneday, but i dont think there are enough years left in me and you to see it. you are getting there as mcity says utd attendances of roughly 75,000 are down.where as city are up.i think you must be getting popular when your ground has plenty of seats empty but they say it is a full house.maybe the owners in a round about way are buying the seats so it shows a full house on record.it balances the books a bit. m.u.f.c.

| Clayton, I agree to some degree but for DECADES , MUFC have been rolling in money, certainly since Fergie has been in charge . They were untouchable for funds and their ability to buy in good players and although their success cannot be denied, they were the richest club in the league, leaving all the other clubs way behind with their affluence. Now several other clubs have more money so the teams are on a more level playing field and success will come to others as it has done for MUFC. They are top at the moment but the team this year have not played to the standards of previous years. They are well beatable now that other teams have the money that United have had for years and as the new money teams start to gel and get used to their team mates, they will be equal and maybe better than the current Man U team.
