It is nearly all rubbish bundled up with the odd bit of fact to disguise it..

The statement that a cucumber provides carbs to give you a hit is laughable... it's 98% water 1.9% cellulose and .01% other trace elements... minute amounts of vitamins and minerals

but Parsley can have a similar effect in getting rid of Garlic on your breath, hence why a lot of Indian restaurants give you a sprig of the stuff with your meal its not just as a dressing
