Hi Fellow members, A Happy and Prosperous New Year to you!

Does anybody know if the TRNC Ministry of Interior have a website regarding Permissions to Purchase tracking etc? I have a phone number but would rather sort details on line.

Would appreciate your help...

Thanks..

Thanks Cooper, good information. This is why this board must keep working for each other & not against one another. Cheers.

You can also email info@trncproperty.eu with your application number and you should get a reply within a couple of working days.

Just one point,

This really only applies if you are actually in TRNC, or have someone here who can act for you, but...

When you ring the Interior Ministry with an enquiry, they simply check what it says on 'the computer'.

This may be fine in an organisation that transfers data electronically, but that's not how it works here!

Your 'file' is quite literally just that - a file. It moves from office to office, having stamps, signatures, aprovals etc added, and after it has sat around for a good long time, someone may eventually get around to updating the information on 'the computer', and start the next round of 'pass the parcel'...

So, if you want to know the current status of your application, you (or a friend) need to go along to the office, and ask to actually SEE YOUR FILE...

They will quite happily toddle off and find it for you, when you are there in front of them, - it just never seems to occur to them to do it when you ring up!

Best regards,

Keith.
