It is operating like Ebay. You will pay a small fee to advertise your item (for villas £1)- 10 p for a household item and 50p for car o. You can add phone/ email/ photo and buyers contact you direct. The ad stays on there as long as you like.
There will be a community section for service swaps etc. If you have an ideas to add, let me know.
This is not a site for Estate Agents, though there will be a side panel in future somewhere with links to local agents and other services

| As with all new initiatives, let this one bed down and see how it goes. The restriction at MSN-hosted forums and boards on advertising goods for sale is probably behind it all, I suspect. After all, they said ebay would never take off! |
