We are looking for a 3 bedroomed villa/bungalow with private pool and secluded gardens between Alsancak and Catalkoy. If suitable, we will be looking for very long term rental.

I would highly recommend Sunbeams to you in Karaoglanoglu. http://www.sunbeamsestate.com. I know they have some suitable properties there.

I have a 3 bed 2 bath villa private pool 5x10m in Alsancak for long term rent.. 214m2 covered area, lots of outside space with 42m2 garage, absolutely everything u need inside it without having to ship lots of other items in.. 1 minutes drive from caostal road .. near to Escape beach, set on 1.5 donums.

hi we own a 3bed 2bath 1guest wc fully aircondiconed villa near the supreme market in catalkoy.it has 5x10 pool which is shared between only 2 villas. villa is 1 years old and available for long term.hope to hear from you soon.
