Can anybody recommend (from personal experience) a good property management co, where the villa will not be let - just used by the owner.

I would personally recommend LYNX.



Their approach to project management with us has been very professional and I can tell that they have lots of experience in this field.

I can reconmend Hakan from Abode Property Management 0533 864 9942. He looks after my pool and garden and they do a great job. The company are also using PoolSan chlorine free swimming pool treatment.

Could I recommend Bob who has recentley started during a small no of villas and offers a personalised service. I have had friends staying at one of the villas and have been very impressed.
