There seem to be quite a few people posting adverts for property for sale on here lately.....can't think why !



Anyway,could I suggest that when posting details of location,number of bedrooms,air-con,central heating,white goods,marble floors etc...you also include the following information which SHOULD be (but probably isn't) at the top of people's need to know list:



1.Type of deeds?

2.Do you have the Kocan?

3. Do you have your Permission To Purchase?

4.Maintenance fees (if on a complex)?





Anyone think of anything else?

Most people won't tell you the (real) reason why they are selling, especially if it may be something off-putting.
