Hi, Yes we are in the process of buying a penthouse apartment, phase 4.We went out twice this year. In July and Oct. Oct the footings were going in. The finished apartments look fab.

I know someone who has bought I just wanted some independent feedback on whats happening with tht management fee, etc

We have bought on Kavankoy phase 2. Almost complete internally. Very pleased with finish, so far. Hoping for full completion at the end of May we are told.
