Does anyone have claification regarding the date when the reduction of 75% of Transfer Tax was announced so that we know exactly when the 3 month period is finished. Accoring to the Homebuyers Pressue Group site they are not sure if the 3 month deadline is currently in place or whether a date is to be announced. Anyone have a definitive answer please.
