Sorry for delay, yes this has its own pool. Excluding sand!

As I live up near this villa. May I add the facts which are not stated in MSG 3.



The goats used to be a problem but this has now been sorted out and as for sand in the pools, I do not think this is a problem soley in Arapkoy from what I have heard from other villages.

I can recommend this villa. It has terrific veiws and has been tastefully upgraded. From what I have seen the goats are not a problem.

i'd heard that there is a heard of 500 odd goats within 50 metres of the development and goats ARE a problem - many villa's have put huge railings round to keep the goats out and those that haven't get their plants eaten. Suzie

When we first moved up here we did have a prob with goats, but most of the residents have put up railings on the walls. The railings actually make the place slook quite nice, specially with the Boganvillia climbing up them. We don't see much of the goats on the development any more, they go down the back of the mountain. Anyway it's quite nice seeing a bit of nature and they were here before us.

By the way, there's probably about 50-70 not 500!!
