| the property market in the UK is dire due to lack of confidance and the availability of finance unless you have at least 25 to 30 % deposit how is it effecting trnc. |

| TRNC has enough problems, loss of equity in UK probably adds to them, but title questions and talks outcome uncertainty probably doing most damage. |

| 3 of my neighbours in Alsancak have had their properties on the market for the past year. I have just received an e-mail from one of them over this weekend to say that all of them have now sold!!! I am amazed as I too thought that the market in NC was dead and buried but obviously not.. |
