Has anyone else purchased these villas from Sevilla???

we have and are looking at who else has to sort out futniture deals and other deals as a group to get better discounts.

Meanwhile, I would be interested if you know our nabors and how Elegance villas look like at this stage as I presume the completion is planning to be in July-August.



A few words about myself.. My name is Elena and I'm looking to move to Catalkoy in October with my partner at the moment I leave in London.

Your posts were some time ago now and I am sure that like me you are STILL waiting for completion.

Worryingly now, I have heard nothing from Sevilla for 2 months in spite of chasing over the past 10 days.

The latest we had heard before that was completion in August - Yes 2010!

you obviously have not read about sevilla reports previously listed on the forum. If you are buying off sevilla then you can take the completion dates with a pinch of salt. It does not matter what any one writes other than people with genuine experience of dealing with their promises year after year that never materialise.

I've been told by Sevilla that completion should be in August. I hope this is true but I'm a little bit concern as they promised us to complete our villa in February-it's mean they 6 month behind. Let's see....I'm coming in 2 weeks to check what has been done so far.

Do you have any news in regards to the completion? Have you been on a side recently?



May I ask what is your door number? Mine is number 12.
