We are with extend but we don't think they are the problem as such.



Since monday we have been having problem with msn......cannot connect, running very slow, links broken etc.

I am with Digital Supreme, also been having problems, understand problem is something todo with ISPs via Turkey been going on since Monday

I had this problem with extend over a year ago - and in my case it was because one of their relay sites go it self spam-listed onto a BT server in the uk. I did tell extend about this, as well as BT - it was eventually sorted out ... However the same problem still exists with certain australian email address (for the same reason).



If you do get emails bounce back as undeliverable - print out the reply it should identify the site where the problem is, and if it is in the TRNC - tell extend



I am no longer with extend.
