High View Homes are a bespoke villa building and design company that offers high quality villas in prime locations in the North Cyprus countryside. Rather than simply building villas and hoping clients like them, High View Homes design each villa to the client's specific requirements, either choosing from three special designs and customising them, or by designing new unique villas to the client's specifications.

High View Homes can offer this level of service because they have invested in acquiring superb plots of land in North Cyprus, creating small-scale communities with never more than 10 villas per site. Currently, the company offers villas on three sites near the popular mountainside village of Esentepe, within striking distance of the excellent 18 hole Korineum Golf Course.

High View Homes are a private, family-run business established in 2002. The owners are originally from the UK, and bring the highest European standards of design and construction to all their villa projects in North Cyprus. The company have a reputation for high quality craftsmanship, and their full time civil engineer is trained in Europe too, to ensure every villa is built well and made to last a lifetime or longer, unlike some development we could mention!

Too many developments in North Cyprus seem to ignore the environment around them, but all High View Homes villa development sites are set sympathetically in the countryside and built around natural features, so they blend in rather than stand out. Through clever design and quality construction, all villas still enjoy the best possible sea and mountain views, so you feel very much part of the North Cyprus countryside through the changing seasons.

High View Homes offer three styles of villas:

The Manzara: a spacious three bedroom detached villa that offers a variety of outdoor spaces including roof terraces and balconies. This is a pretty villa design, making the most of natural red tiles and wood details, as well as subtle yellow stone finishes to columns and windows. Arranged in a L-shape, this design offers maximum outside space around the pool area combined with privacy from being overlooked. Downstairs, there is plenty of living space with an open plan dining room and lounge. Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys wonderful views and its own private balcony. There is currently one completed villa in this design available in Esentepe.

The Selvi: a larger three bedroom detached villa offering 200sqm of space, two ensuite bathrooms, and elegant loggia style terraced areas that are almost Italianate in style. The Selvi offers a different balance of living and dining space than the Manzara, with a separate dining area to the side of the kitchen, and a large living room that opens onto the terrace on two sides for maximum winter sunshine and light. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a spacious balcony and walking wardrobe area, while the second upstairs bedroom is across the hall in it s own ‘wing’, providing good privacy for visiting friends and family. There is currently one completed villa in this design available in Esentepe, complete with pool.

The High View: this three bedroom villa offers a generous 200sqm of space, plus an impressive 100sqm of terracing. This is very much a design for those who like a large living area, since the ground floor is almost all open plan, with a very useful utility room tucked away beside the kitchen. With the doors and sliding windows opened, this inside space expands effortlessly into the outside terraced area. Upstairs, the master bedroom and second bedroom enjoy above rooftop views and an en-suite bathroom each, both off a generously proportioned landing. There is currently one completed villa in this design available in Esentepe, complete with central heating for year-round occupancy, for just £249,950.
