In the walled city of Famagusta lie the remains of the Kertikli Hammam. Once an impressive Turkish bath complex, all that remains to day are the six domes of the bath house, and the water reservoir underneath, covered by a vault. Framed by modern apartment blocks, the bath house gives only hints of its former glory, especially since the roof of the former dressing room has collapsed.
