If you want to party in North Cyprus all year round, then head for the Lions Garden in Famagusta. Lions Garden calls itself a disco but it’s much more like an entertainment complex, with a state of the art club and a popular restaurant.

Lions Garden is the first place in mind on nightlife in Famagusta.

With their slogan, "The Kingdom of Entertainment", you will surely enjoy yourself.

Lions Garden disco

The Lions Garden disco itself boast a fantastic sound and light system, pumping out a whopping 30,000 watts of sound and creating an amazing atmosphere with their 40,000 watt lighting system. The disco alone covers some 3500 square metres, so there’s plenty of room for everyone to have fun. Entry to the disco costs around £GB8.00, although girls are often admitted free, and drinks are approximately £1.50 each.

Lions Garden Famagusta in Winter and Summer!

Lions Garden is also the venue of choice for international djs, who play here throughout the year, unlike North Cyprus beach clubs such as Escape Beach Club, which are only open during the summer. The venue organises a whole variety of events during the year, including live performances by bands, parties and show featuring international artists. A midsummer dance party held there in 2006 was so popular, you can even buy the video online!

Celebrate at Lions Garden, Gazimagusa

Lions Garden is not a tourist-only place, either; this is where the fun-loving Turkish Cypriots come to have a great night out, or to celebrate something special. Lions Garden is a popular venue for engagement parties and wedding celebrations, who can invite as many people as they wish as the restaurant seats 660 people during the summer months! Do check with the venue is there is a private party on the night you wish to go, just in case, but chances are you’ll be welcome to join in!

The Lions Garden Restaurant may be large, but manager Osman Gazioglu has worked hard to create a menu that is both innovative and creative. The standard of food is very high, and covers both native Turkish Cypriot dishes and international dishes.
