Hi to you all,

I have just returned from CBM and I honestly dont think that the complex will be complete by the end of May I will be very surprised if it is. The site is looking good and when I was leaving the roof for the club house was just being erected as they had been waiting for the steal structure. The swimming pools are just about complete but there are still about 8/10 units that are still just a shell these were purcahsed by an investor who has now seemingly run into financial difficulties which makes the site look a little unfinished. Nurten said that Evergreen were going to buy all the electric meters and we would need to go to the company to register them in our names. I would say that I think the site will look good on completion but they still have quite a lot to do in a month but here's hoping. Had a great time for the 2 weeks got a better feel the place this time beginning to know my way round a bit more and looking to forward to spending a lot more time out there.

Hi Bruno Hope you enjoyed your holiday and that the weather was ok. Did you take any photos of the site on your visit. I hope that the site is finished for end of May as Evergreen promised. Tony.

Hi Tony,

I have received 2 photos from Debra (ex NCI) who went to do re-snagging on Apr 16th. Keys are apparently due in 2 weeks when electric & water is connected. I will try to upload the photos.....is it easily done....help appreciated.

Have to say - What Bruno said about the 8/10 units just shells seems right as there were about this number as shells with no windows when I visited in Feb - all at the far end of the site beyond the main pool area - I am remaqining positive hoping it will all be done when I visit with Family (inc 3 kids) in July.....?

Hi Bruno, Its Paul & Alison here, we have noticed that previously you were B4M (we are B4L) and have since noticed you have moved. Is there any major reason with that block, why you moved? We only bought our appartment in October and so it has not been snagged yet. Was everything ok when you had B4M?

Who snagged for you? Can anyone recommend anybody for snagging? What should we expect to pay? Thanks for your help.

Just furniture to get now!! It's never ending! Anyone been to Olgun? Evergreen told us they do 10% discount if you tell them it's an Evergreen site?

We are out Jul 5 - 19 so won't meet this time. hope it's all done...??

Regarding furniture we went to homefront - it's an ex pat (Mike) who makes the furniture to your spec. - prices are quite good also. They also do deals if you buy lots of items. they have a website to check fabric/styles etc. http://www.homefrontcyprus.com

then click on furniture packages....good luck.

Hi Paul & Alison,

Sorrry for the late response I have only just opened this site and didnt relise there was a post for me. The main reason I moved was that I was a little dissaponted with the size of the ground floor bedroom and the middle apartment bathroom is just that little bit smaller that the end apartments, also the fridge and washing machine being part of the lounge thats the only reason. I asked about a penthouse and was informed that there were a couple of penthouses left so I decided to go for it, I would have still been quite happy to have had B4M if the penthouse wasnt available. I suppose that's the risk you take when you buy off plan but the price was a consiseration and you cant take it with you. My snagging was done by Evergreen representative nice young man forgot his name but it was pretty straight forward and was told that it would all be done by the time I go out early July. Hope to meet you at some point and good luck with everything.
