They vary , cheaper ones are at he back of the sea front ones , but all have fab mountain .sea views , The ones at the front overlook a fab fishing Marina . The little villa company have some for sale and very few have for sale in the apartment windows , I think they vary from 45k to 80k one or two are sold furnished , one of the best complexes in TRNC in our opinion . Hope this helps .

Hatty , they are all completed , have established gardens , and all the deeds are in place , overlooking a fantastic little fishing Marina . In a great position at Tatlisu .

I have one or two very good friends who have bought on this development:

the location is very fortunate

it is an unspoiled country area with small farms at the back, then mountains

yet there are a couple of shops and cafes nearby also a local bus stop

away at the top you have a crossroads for kaplica one way, girne t'other

...and tatlisu villiage is up the slope



seaterra locations, inspiration and layout are up with the best in north cyprus

and since the project is completed and documentation proceeding as of now,

few hassles would be expected



nearby seaterra bay and seaterra reserve are also highly attractive resorts

yet make little impact on the stunning surroundings



seaterra marina was started before the boom peaked, so prices are reasonable



recommended!

Are you on the Marina site? You seem to have some knowledge of what is hppening at the moment. I read your post that apartments are selling quickly is this true today? I put mine on the market through the company which looks after it for me. Is this a mistake as I don't think it is well advertised. Be grateful for any info.

The amazing thing on Serra Marina is that from every apartment the views are fantastic , so whichever you choose you can be guaranteed a really unobstructed view , AMAZING !!!!

Yes the apartments appear to be selling quickly , ensure you have all of the details of your sale in your kitchen window this will ensure that any buyers can see the for sale notice from the road that leads up to Sea Terra Marina F block , also ensure that the office on site are aware that your apartment is up for sale , advertise in the TRNC WEEKLY PAPERS , include in the details that the apartment comes with deeds make sure this info is also included in the window . good luck

Yes I am sure you can E-mail them an advertise , but you can also instruct your your estate agent to advertise it for you in the weekly TRNC NEWSPAPERS .take a peek at your estate agents website and ensure that your apartment comes with deeds on there website advert Hope this helps !!!

I have already emailed the management company who look after the property on my behalf. He has said he will put up the For Sale sign and contact the weekly papers to see how much it is to advertise in their paper.

I have also asked him to state the apartment comes with deeds. This is a nightmare for me as I am unable to get over there at present. But you have been very helpful so again thanks.

For Sale signs up at apartments can soon make areas look very untidy, especially if there are many apartments for sale as there are at the Marina. I would think carefully if you are wanting to sell your apartment before going down that route. It is probably better to advertise through the estate agents office or through the Management Company advertising in the papers and for interested people to contact the Management Company on your behalf.

Isebella , not sure that for sale signs in windows are untidy , quick update for you , apartments are selling quickly on the Marina , the problem with some management companies (not all ) they also want a commision so this has to be taken into consideration when selling .
