Hi, I new member but have looked at the site from time to time. I am currently in the process of buying a property on CBM2 from Evergreen & would appreciate some honest thoughts. Payment 2 is due very shortly & I am not sure whether to cut my losses & pull out of the deal now or go ahead in the hope that things improve with the peace talks , Marina & property prices.



We have friends who have already bought in Esentepe & are happy with their purchase but are struggling with getting hold of the deeds. So we do understand the current situation but would like to know would you cut your losses & bail out while the damage is managable or would you stick it out



I would be really interested to hear from anyone else buying on the site
