Hi all - Is anybody buying on Crystal Bay Marina Phase 2. It's a slightly smaller Evergreen Development of 75 apartments close to the proposed new Marina.

On the topic of the Marina, if anyone is interested - I recently received an email from Altan Houssien saying that he was still in discussion with the Department of Antiquities with regards to staring the construction of the Marina. By the sounds of his email, the Marina should be going ahead shortly (fingers crossed).

Hi TonyJ

I have been in contact with Luke from Evergreen and he has told me that the Transfer of Title Deeds for the land should be completed and in Evergreens possession in a couple of weeks. He also stated that the construction on the site would start in 4-6 months, but this cannot be taken as a literal timeframe due to the delays experienced in TRNC.

Luke also told me that the construction and widening of the local roads on the approach to the Marina have begun and the physical construction of the berths at the Marina will commence some time this month! This is brilliant news and long awaited!

My brother is currently visiting TRNC and he has visited the CBM2 site and surrounding area (Marina site) and he confirmed that construction on the roads and the re-surfacing of them had started. He also told me that CBM2 site is still a fantastic location and is the same distance from the Marina as the official Marina properties that are being sold by the Marina developers!

I hope this helps you and answers your query. If you have any other questions, just ask, because I have family with property in TRNC and we regularly visit. I already have quite a lot of info on CMB2 and the Marina.

Hi, EmJay,

Your info is really interesting although last week we got the info from NC that Luke is not with Evergreen anymore.

Hi Emjay

Do you have anything more up to date on CBM2? I last heard that no work had started yet. Thanks
