Hi, I am considering buying at Sea Terra Marina and would value your comments on pros and cons. Also does anyone know a reputable estate agency dealing with re-sales at the site? The Little Villa Company have been helpful but have tried Hillcrest (or was it Hillview?) who seem very vague on phone and do not reply to e mails sent to their on screen e mail address. I have been told that about 60 apartments are up for sale presently but not sure how much they are actually selling for. I would be grateful for your views.

Hi Pauline, We have two penthouse apartments at Seaterra Marina. We are currently living in one, while the other is for sale direct from ourselves at £60.000. It is a prime, corner apartment in Block C, and includes white goods and curtains. If this is of interest, or if there is any other information / advice on Seaterra Marina that I can help you with, please get in touch. Regards, andrewmorgan28@hotmail.com

The site having access problems is Seaterra Bay, not Seaterra Marina.

Hi Andrew, Thanks for your reply. As you may recall, we sent you an e-mail about the possibility of renting the apartment. We are hoping to buy a ground floor apartment at some time in the future and are currently looking into this. We just hoped people might respond to give their opinions of living/visiting the Marina site. As with all property purchases you take a chance and some inside information is always helpful. Kind regards Paul and Dawn
