Imperial Construction - Can anyone confirm them as a reliable builder?

Just wondering if you could confirm that Imperial Construction are a decent enough firm to use??



I will hopefully be using them in the next few months for a build job.

Piggy . Be interesting to see if your post reads the same in say 10yrs.That is the only true test of building standards and quality..Every chocolate box looks good at first.but contents vary greatly...All the best...

Martin, only another 4 years' to go! No, property in N. Cyprus is not covered by NHBC but no sign as yet of any major problems. The question was are Imperial Construction a "decent firm" to use. Yes, in my opinion.

Piggy..In my view Builders and building Standards here vary between Moderate good to downright Condemnable,If you are pleased with your builder,you have obviously found one towards the top end of moderately good .This being the case Imperial Builders are to be congratulated, and promoted as a GOOD and RELIABLE company ....

Regardless of the builder and the standard of work, I think the message is clear from most on this board. Do not buy off plan, or the chances are you will spend years regreting it.

Building standards; After the Annan Plan,there was a" HINT"no more than a HINT that the Cyprus Problem could be ended.This led to "ANYONE," Fisherman to Farmer who could tell which end of a hammer was the "HANDLE",or the difference between a chisel and a hand saw becoming BUILDERS!...It is only" Now" that we see the result..... ie;Unfinished Houses by the HUNDRED!Those that were finished later on, are the Proverbial SOW'S EAR! ...Deeds ,PTP's,"SAFE" Pre 74 properties have become another side of the Nightmare...

Having had a house built from scratch by Imperial Estates l have to say the workmanship is good. As always there are teething problems with any new home. When ever l was to call him he would be round the same day no questions asked and rectify any problems l have had. I woule recommend him fully.

We bought off plan from Gultekin Ben of Imperial Construction and, as with others, there were teething problems that were dealt with promptly.



Would we buy off plan again ........ probably not.



Would we recommend Imperial .......... 100% YES



Are we happy with the workmanship .......... 100% YES



Do we have our Kochan ..............YES.



We are happy to have him show prospective buyers around our home anytime.

There you have it Laylandlad. Imperial Construction,on the whole, by comparison to many others are "said" to be GOOD!

Imperial deliver completed properties. You get what you pay for. There are many examples of completed properties built by Imperial West of Kyrenia.



Based on reading these forums, and all the complaints against other builders, Imperial is significantly better than the rest.
