I have just gone in to the Pegasus site and put in dates 11th May to 11th June. Came out at £539! The cheapest outward flight even when I juggled dates was £135. Looks like the bargains have gone.

I was just looking as I have already booked for this period via Larnaca. I was feeling miffed as I had paid the same amount with Monarch and I hate Monarch. There was no real choice when we booked last year

Syilvya Msg 15 - It depends on the contract that the airline and the tour operator have agreed between them.

Many of the operators are also obliged with the TRNC to fulfil a certain quota of holidays sold to get some support from North Cyprus.

Some operators may have different agreements and can thus sell you what they have a avialable either as flight only or as part of a package as they choose; we work on this basis.

I understand that a few Pegasus agents might have contracted to purchase a good quantity of seats which they are at liberty to sell without packages, they will tell you if asked.

If I confirm anything I will let you know if you want to email me with a phone number I can chat and attempt to make it a little clearer.

fully understand there has been no breach of any contract on their behalf whatsoever



may i suggest you choose your words carefuly next time and if you want to name companies who are

not working within the rules you name them outright with proof in hand

turkish airlines £191



the problem for us is summer larnnaca expensive plus the transfer over cost so £199 3 week ticket to Ercan

includes 28kg baggage is great i booked with http:// http://www.greenislandholidays.com they are cheaper

than the airline most times

On this point:

Yes I know Ahmet well and we rub shoulders. Sometimes he will use us and sometimes the other way. We do have a mutual respect.

In commerce setting someone up implies investment in their business etc IAH has never had investors or borrowed any money. To help setting someone up does no mean a meeting on the 20th April 1999 (which was much appreciated at the time). He did introduce us to an accountant (who had been good in the past) and gave some advice but as to setting us up??

not really as i started this thread to tell folks of my bargain tickect like wise i get information

which has been really useful on this board like my furniture ect ect



i know a lot of people that have booked these flights so when flightcompany then states they are "possibly"

in breach alarm bells ring i have resolved the problem and i belive greenislandholidays have spoken to the flight company they were very complimentry of flightcompany and they have put him straight on the matter

and he accepts there is no breach.



but lets be honest on the board if there is a problem or wrong doing and you want to warn others do so

with proof in your hands and thats the whole point of the board i belive do you not agree?



All i want is to know is of any good deals and in these hard times who doesnt

i did freak when i read your message and please understand i am under threat of redundancy

and every penny counts in later life so when comment are made like yours i panic as you can understand

with the way travel companies are and £200 is a lot



so please understand may i add that the company did speak highly of you and said when you was setting up

they helped out they did not say anything of investment or anything and why should they the issue was about my flights were they in any breach or not which are not

We have just been offered a few seats on a first come first served basis for Stansted Ercan Stansted at 169.00 return plus booking Atol etc fees – These ATOL bonded return flight only offers are no changes etc.

Restricted dates Flightholiday have been offered 15 May for 7 & 14 nights 1st and 8th June for 7 nights (at present but there might be more available)
