For sale 2 bed penthouse apartment in Chelsey Village. Our apartment sits at the top front of the development with uninterrupted views of the sea and the mountains behind. Unfortunately due to family relocation to Australia we have to sell our apt before we have got any use out of it. The apt has electricity and water connected and the maintenence charges are paid up to the end of June. We have the apartment on the market at £55,000 however all reasonable offers will be considered.

there was one on Sea Terra Esentepe, which is arguably a better development, for £45,000 last week on these boards......



Think you might have to go back to the drawing board.
